The original windows found in residential, commercial, and institutional historic buildings can be simple, single pane double-hungs, or elaborate multi-paned showpiece fenestration that the architect originally designed to give the structure distinction and appeal. Some historic structures feature a combination of many different window types. They are all distinct and important historic elements worthy of being retained, restored and improved to keep your building appealing and authentic for generations to come.
All of our processes and products fully conform to the Secretary of Interior's Standards for Historic Rehabilitation. We know what is required to work under the guidelines of the National Park Service and your State Historic Preservation Office to ensure that these valuable tax credits are captured for all of our work.
We have vast experience in undertaking large and small window restoration projects in residential, commercial and institutional settings throughout the Southeast and beyond.
If some of your building's original windows are missing, we are expert at replicating entire window systems in our 20,000 sq ft facility that will satisfy even the most demanding architectural specification.
