Commercial Clients
As one of the largest window restoration
companies in the nation,
we have all of the personnel,
supervision, financial strength,
and qualifications to undertake
even the largest window projects and get them completed
within tightly managed schedules.
All of our processes and products conform to the Secretary of Interior's Standards for Historic Rehabilitation. We know what is required to work under the requirements of the National Park Service and your State Historic Preservation Office to ensure that these valuable tax credits are obtained on all of our work.
Nearly 90% of our commercial/institutional projects are in support of owners obtaining both Federal and State Historic Tax Credits.
We have vast experience in undertaking both large and small window restoration
projects in commercial and institutional settings throughout five states.
Your building may contain rolled steel industrial windows, monumental wood arched windows, or simple six pane double hungs ...we have restored them all to the complete satisfaction of all involved. On budget and on time.
If some of your building's original windows are missing, we are expert at designing and replicating entire historic window systems in our 20,000 square foot facility. We can satisfy even the most demanding architectural specifications.
